Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Brush Packer (brushpacker.io), operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Brush Packer.

Brush Packer converts PNG images you upload into a Procreate-compatible .brushset file. It's provided as-is via a web browser — no desktop software or installation required.

You need an account to generate brush sets. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Brush Packer offers a Free plan and paid Pro/Max plans, billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

Refunds.Payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access to your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your account then moves to the Free plan — you won't be charged again. You can cancel anytime from your account page.

We may change our prices from time to time. If we do, we'll give you notice before it applies to your next billing cycle.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the rights to use.
• Use the service to generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Attempt to bypass upload limits, quota enforcement, or other technical restrictions.
• Interfere with the service's operation or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain full ownership of the artwork you upload and the brush sets Brush Packer generates from it. We claim no rights over your files — we only process them long enough to build your .brushset, then delete them. You're free to package and sell brushes you generate, provided you have the necessary rights (or a commercial/resale license) to the source artwork.

You're solely responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use whatever artwork you submit.

The Brush Packer name, branding, website, and underlying software are our property (or that of our licensors) and aren't covered by the license you grant us to your own uploads.

We aim to keep Brush Packer available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Brush Packer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Brush Packer and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of where you access the service from.
