Privacy Policy

Brush Packer (“Brush Packer,” “we,” “us”) is operated by an individual based in the United Kingdom, reachable at camilleri.clive@gmail.com. This policy explains what data brushpacker.io collects when you use the service, why, and what rights you have over it.

Account information. When you sign up, we (via our authentication provider, Supabase) store your email address, a hashed password (or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier — no password), and any display name or avatar URL you choose to add.

Content you upload. The PNG files you upload and the .brushset file we generate from them are processed on our server only for as long as it takes to build your brush set. They are deleted immediately after your download completes — we do not keep copies, back them up, or use them for any purpose beyond generating your file.

Usage records. We keep a lightweight history of each generation job — pack name, number of PNGs, your tier at the time, and whether it succeeded — so we can enforce plan quotas and help you if something goes wrong. This never includes the image files themselves.

Payment information.If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page — we never see or store your card number. We only keep your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, which we need to know what plan you're on.

• To provide the core service: generating and delivering your brush sets.
• To enforce the upload limits and monthly quota that come with your plan.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send account-related email (password resets, receipts, service notices) via our email provider, Resend.
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Brush Packer uses a single strictly-necessary cookie, set by Supabase, to keep you signed in between visits. It doesn't track you across other sites and isn't used for analytics or advertising. We don't currently use any analytics, marketing, or third-party tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run Brush Packer:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Sentry — error monitoring, so we can detect and fix bugs. Sentry receives technical diagnostics only (a user ID, request ID, browser/OS details, and a stack trace) — never your uploaded artwork, filenames, or email address.

Each of these providers only receives the data it needs to do its job, and each maintains its own privacy and security practices. We don't share your data with anyone else, and never for marketing purposes.

Our service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where that happens, they do so under safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Uploaded PNGs and generated brush sets: deleted immediately after your download completes. Account data and usage history: kept for as long as your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of a confirmed deletion request. Billing records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law.

If you're in the UK or EU, data protection law gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to how it's processed. To exercise any of these, email camilleri.clive@gmail.com. You can also change your password and update your profile at any time from your account page. If you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Brush Packer isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If we make a material change to how we handle your data, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
